Dan’s got a great team, and this team approach is very effective. I started with Dan and got the lay-of-the-land in buying property; saw properties with Kishra and Mardi, both very savvy, and did all the hard work with Burdean in bringing the deal to a close.. She defused the angst the entire way. She’s a mother hen and takes care of things. When the first mortgage app fell through, they got on the phone, called another mortgage agent, who took our case immediately, including the schedule and closing date. We didn’t miss a beat. Dan’s team is exceptional.
