Excellent service! Over our 27 years of marriage, my husband and I have purchased and renovated 5 homes across the country. Dan Volkmer had outstanding knowledge of the NW Alphabet District historic homes. Burdean Bartlem who works with Dan was superb! Less than one week after our offer was accepted, my husband and I had to leave for 2 weeks to Laguna, California. Burdean coordinated all contractors and inspectors for us while we were away. I have never met a more responsible and helpful individual than Burdean.

In 2005, my husband and I listed two of our investment properties with the Volkmer Team.
