Fritz Benz
Fritz is a third generation Portland native and Historic Alphabet District resident. He was born and raised in Southwest Portland and grew up in a real estate family. He attended the University of Oregon where he majored in Business. Following his collegiate career, Fritz set out to work in the commercial real estate industry assisting clients in buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate assets. After three and half years on the commercial side, Fritz decided that his heart truly lies in helping clients find a place to call home.
Although Fritz’s main role for the Volkmer Team is buyer representation, he assists with various tasks such as listing preparation, social media and marketing.
Through his time as an agent, Fritz has developed exceptional time management skills and his first priority is to make clients happy. He listens to clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.
